Our commitment

CaliTitle24 Energy Compliance aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA on this website.

What we have done

• Semantic structure with a single main landmark and a skip link on every page
• All controls keyboard operable, with a visible focus indicator
• Text and interface colours tested for WCAG AA contrast
• Persistent visible form labels rather than placeholder-only labelling
• Reveal animation disabled automatically under a reduced-motion preference
• Layout reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling
• The on-site assistant is keyboard operable and closes with the Escape key
