Who we are

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, project address and any notes or drawings you send. Project drawings and the documentation we produce are retained as part of our professional records. If you use the on-site assistant, that conversation is processed entirely in your browser and is not transmitted to us unless you send it with a quote request.

Why we collect it

To quote and produce your compliance documentation, register documents with approved data registries where required, schedule field verification, and meet our professional record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and with data registries and building departments where the compliance process requires it.

How long we keep it

Project records are retained for [seven years] to support any subsequent question about compliance documentation. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within [24 months].

Your California privacy rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, California residents may request access to, deletion of, or correction of personal information we hold, and may opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms. Email reports@calititle24.com to exercise any right. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
