What to send

PDF plans — floor plans and elevations
Window and door schedule — sizes, U-factor and SHGC if specified
Mechanical schedule — if one exists yet
Project address — this sets your climate zone
Permit application date — this sets your code cycle

For small projects a dimensioned hand sketch with window sizes is usually enough to start. If something essential is missing we will tell you exactly what and why.
