Send complete drawings and tell us the deadline. Same-day turnaround is available and priced up front at $95, never invented at the moment you are most desperate.
Fixed price, agreed before we start
Quoted from the drawings and confirmed in writing. It does not move because the project turned out to be more work than we estimated.
Plan-check corrections on our work, free
If a rejection relates to our modelling or documentation, we correct and resubmit at no charge and as fast as we can turn it. A report that needs fixing was not finished.
Verification requirements flagged up front
Every ECC-verified measure your compliance depends on is named on the report when it is issued — not discovered at final inspection.
Missing information reported immediately
If the drawings lack something we need, you hear within the business hour. Not two days later when you were expecting a finished report.
We will tell you when a design will not verify
A compliant report describing a building that cannot pass field testing helps nobody. If we see that coming, you hear it at design stage.
What we cannot promise. No consultant can guarantee the discretionary judgement of an individual plan checker, or compliance where the built project departs from the plans we modelled. Anyone offering an unconditional guarantee of approval is overselling, and you should discount everything else they tell you accordingly.
